PRIMARY CARE SERVICES

The following services are available at the Health Center.

As your Medical Home we can help you manage your total health care, as well as your cultural and language needs.  Our highly trained and compassionate nurses and staff member work closely with our doctors, dentists and managers to provide a quality experience for patients needing services at the Center.

Training Students

We realize the importance of training healthcare students to work in a quality outpatient environment.  At times you may see a nursing or medical student, but you will always see your primary care physician or nurse practitioner.  If you prefer not to have a student participate in your care, please inform the nurse or medical assistant who takes you to the examining room.
