The Will County Health Department ACS Program is available to residents in the defined geographic area of Will County who do not have insurance or other resources for needed treatment interventions (including Medicaid). The ACS Program provides services to consumers within the R1SCCS who are being discharged from an ED, CHIPS, Crisis Residential or a DHS/DMH Hospital, and for those discharged from DASA residential crisis stabilization with a co-occurring disorder. These consumers were previously determined to be eligible for services by completing an EDA at an ED within the R1SCCS area.
