Will County Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) Collaborative is hosting the annual meeting. The Fall Forum is an opportunity for new and existing partners to come together and learn about issues concerning Will County. MAPP Action Teams will share updates about current initiatives: Will County Behavioral Health Capacity Assessment, Know Where to Go, WEWILL WorkHealthy, Rethink Your Drink and Mental Health First Aid. Featured presentations include representatives from Will County Executive's Office and MidAmerican Center for Public Health Practice. The Will County Executive's Office will share information about their long range transportation plan, Will Connects 2040. MidAmerican Center for Public Health Practice (in collaboration with Illinois Department of Public Health) will explain the three statewide initiatives which combined and now called Healthy Illinois 2021.
