POSITION:                            OB/GYN Physician Provider

DIVISION:                             Community Health Center

WAGES:                                Commensurate with Experience

BRIEF

DESCRIPTION:                   Responsible for providing and/or supervise care by extenders of OB/GYN patients.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS:             Board Certified Licensed/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician with one (1) year experience in an ambulatory environment.  Must have hospital admitting privileges at local hospital in Will County.

REQUIREMENTS:              Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. 

DESIRED:                            Bilingual in Spanish.  J-1 applicants welcome.
