POSITION:	Financial Program Manager
DIVISION:	Community Health Center
WAGES:	Commensurate with experience
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:	Responsible for the overall fiscal management of the Community Health Center, including grants management, general ledger and financial reporting, supervision of office supervisor, payroll and purchasing clerks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:	A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting is required, MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in the following areas: budget preparation and fiscal management, experience in computer-based medical practice management systems and computer-based grant’s management systems.
REQUIREMENTS:	Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, personal vehicle and minimum auto liability insurance.
DESIRED:	FQHC and public grant experience desirable, supervisory experience preferred, revenue cycle management expertise and experience. Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise the work of others. Ability to make professional oral and written presentations. Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public, staff, Governing Council, and Board of Health.
