The Environmental Health Division conducts plan reviews for all new and remodeled food service and food store facilities, along with conducting opening and routine inspections at more than 2400 food service/food store facilities throughout the County of Will. A food service/food store application is available on-line. Applications along with the applicable fees must be submitted to this Department prior to beginning construction on new or existing facilities proposing a remodel. The Will County Food Service and Retail Food Store Ordinance is now available on-line.
