Complaints
The Environmental Health Division investigates complaints regarding any of the above-mentioned programs, including water, food, sewage,
swimming facilities, tanning, or other public health nuisances. All complaint investigations are conducted by one of our seventeen trained and
standardized sanitarians. Complaints which are not resolved in a timely manner are turned over to the Will County States Attorney's Office for
enforcement. Call the office in your area if you have a public health complaint.
