Primary Care Services

  • 24-Hour Answering Service
  • Bilingual Staff and Physicians

Family Practice / General Medicine - Physical exams, diagnosis, and sick visits are provided to adults as well as children.

Pediatrics - Physical exams, including well baby exams, school exams, sick visits, immunizations, medical diagnosis, and treatment for all illnesses for children.

Family Planning - Medical exams, pregnancy tests, lab tests, counseling, women's health education, and family planning methods are provided to meet your individual needs.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) - Counseling, testing, treatment, and follow-up care.

HIV / AIDS Testing - is available by appointment.

Women's Services - Prenatal and gynecological care is provided. Prenatal care through delivery is available at any stage of pregnancy. We encourage you to seek care as early in the pregnancy as possible. Gynecological care provides a full range of services including breast exams and cancer screening.

Behavioral Health Services - Individual therapy is available to adults and children for help with the stresses of daily life such as depression, anxiety, stress and other problems that can affect your well being or health. Your Doctor must refer you to these services. Certain types of psychological assessment are also available. Fees are on a sliding fee scale.

Referrals - Available for WIC, a nutrition special supplement program for Women, Infants and Children; Family Case Management, a program for children and pregnant women; Mental Health Counseling, and other services that you need.
