Will County Health Department High-Risk Family Case Management Program Manager Sylvia Muniz wanted to honor her four veteran nurses during this National Nurses Week. Pictured Left to Right are May Liang, RN, BSN; Lou Lamdagan, RN, BSN; Nicole Collins, RN, BSN; and Maria Reyes, RN; BSN.

All four ladies have been with the Will County Health Department for at least ten years, and serve a total of about 400 clients. "They all have a genuine concern and caring attitude about their clients and the community," said Muniz.  "Public Health Nursing really is all of that: clients, programs, and community health as a whole."

The High-Risk Family Case Management Program focuses strongly on the high-risk populations; that are serviced in the Health Department programs such as Better Birth Outcomes and APORS (Adverse Pregnancy Outcome Reporting).
