• All services shall be provided by physicians licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987.
• Such physicians are either Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in psychiatry with experience in providing clinical psychiatric services to adults

Adults 18 years old and older who meet the following criteria:

• Persons who have had multiple, or lengthy admissions to an SOF and/or community-based inpatient psychiatric facilities.
• Persons who may be at imminent risk of hospitalization or who may be in need of less restrictive but still more intensive services that are available in the community.

An Admissions staff member will process your request for services, review your eligibility for service, and if you meet our admission criteria, schedule an appointment with a counselor.
