Admission into the Community Support Services Program

To be eligible for C.S.S. the consumer MUST be a client of the Will County Health Department Division of Behavioral Services. If the therapist determines that C.S.S. would benefit the consumer, the consumer may be referred by his/her therapist after receiving six (6) months of continuous service. 

The consumer’s Will County Health department’s therapist must make a referral to the C.S.S. Program for the consumer to be admitted
